The pool of available players included unselected players from the PSL Draft, players brought in through scouting and talent hunt campaigns, and players who took part in the National T20 Cup held in Rawalpindi last month. Karachi Kings, the biggest franchise of PSL-3 picked 17-years-old all-rounder Mohammad Taha in the emerging category and Mushtaq Ahmed Kalhoro in the talent hunt campaign. In Previous two editions of PSL 2016 & 2017 few T20 matches was played at Abu Dhabi. Besides, the Pakistani superstars are joined by top-tier international players such as Mitchell Johnson (Australia), Chris Lynn (Australia), Mustafizur Rahman (Bangladesh), JP Duminy (South Africa) and Rashid Khan (Afghanistan).

The best part is all the playoffs and the finals will take place in Lahore and Karachi respectively. The others to feature in the PSL Draft for the Kings were Tabish Khan, Mohammad Irfan Jr, Hasan Mohsin and Colin Munro in the Emerging Category and Eoin Morgan and Saifullah Bangash in the Supplementary Round.

What makes it slightly more intriguing is that unlike the previous season, it will be mandatory for overseas players to feature in these games in Pakistan Super League 2018 Live Streaming. In the Supplementary round of picks, the players who made it to the Gladiators side were Jason Roy, Rashid Khan, Moin Khan (jr.) and Faraz Ahmed.
