The second thing you should do is make sure your Realtor gets paid. You may be thinking, what about the commissions? Journalists learn to write in what is known as a pyramid format; they get to the point, then add facts and ideas to make the story broader as they go along. If you stopped at any point in the message, you’d still have all the information you needed to understand what they were trying to say.

When someone tells you something, a person will always believe this. Some people will tell you that it is too hard, that you don’t have what it takes, and this is not a real job. If you have all this negative energy around you, then you will become negative. Many people will not believe in themselves, but believe in someone else. When trying to attract other members, don’t believe that other people are smarter than you. Don’t believe they know more than you. And finally, many people will say that it is easier to quit than to go forward. Always believe in what you are doing, because people can feel how much you believe in what you are doing.

Sometimes, it’s easy. Sometimes, I merely go back to basics. I use or introduce topic sentences… which are, by their nature, thematic! I use other tools, too. I’ve learned that readers use both hemispheres of their brains. So, there are voices I summon to better earn the right to get read and remembered. Humor, rhythm, and imagery are three. But being thematic is on top. By far.

Is it possible that you will always be able to work out a win-win situation? Is it possible that you will be able to resolve conflict with this approach? Common sense says that this is not possible. So, what do you do? The answer is, you use your exceptional communication skills to project it as a win-win situation to the opposite party.
